از دیگر ویژگی های این درایو میتوان به نصب و راه اندازی ساده، صرفه اقتصادی، طراحی سبک و کوچک عرضه شده در 8 سایز، قابلیت ذخیره انرژی و صرفه جویی در مصرف برق، قابلیت کار در دمای 10- تا 60 درجه سانتیگراد، قابلیت کار در شرایط سخت محیطی اشاره کرد.
شرکت زیمنس برای افزایش راندمان و کاهش مصرف انرژی توانسته با طراحی اینورتر V20 به این اهداف دست پیدا کند. اینورتر V20 دارای مدهای کنترل مصرف انرژی است که با فعال کردن آنها مصرف برق و انرژی را به شدت کاهش میدهند.
این درایو دارای ۴ ورودی دیجیتال، دو ورودی آنالوگ، یک خروجی ترانزیستوری دیجیتال، یک خروجی رلهای، یک خروجی آنالوگ و یک پورت میباشد.
کاربردهای درایو V20
این درایو فقط برای موتورهای آسنکرون القایی سه فاز به کار گرفته میشود.
